In accordance with the provisions of Article 643 (Request for approval) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2020, of 5 May, which approves the consolidated text of the Insolvency Law, Holaluz makes available to creditors who prove their legitimacy by email to legal@holaluz.com the content of the Restructuring Plan.
